The Catalog Cleaner (free tier) and the Hallucination Check cost nothing and run in your browser. There's no charge, no account, and nothing to cancel.
Catalog Cleaner — done-for-you (from $149)
You send us a messy product file; we send back a clean one that imports, plus a plain report of what we fixed and what needs a human eye.
- Before we start: cancel any time before work begins for a full refund, no questions.
- If the file doesn't import: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no charge. If we can't make it import, full refund.
- If it's simply not what you needed: tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it. We'd rather return $149 than have you feel sold to.
- What we won't refund: problems caused by changes made to the file after we delivered it, or by platform requirements you didn't tell us about — though we'll always try to help first.
Attack-Surface reports (from $900)
- Before work begins: full refund.
- After delivery: if the report is materially inaccurate — findings that aren't real, or a scope we agreed and didn't cover — we'll re-run the assessment at no charge, or refund it if you'd rather.
- A clean report is a valid result. Finding little is an outcome we're paid for; it means your surface is small, and we'll show you what we checked so you can see the work.
Monitoring (from $499/mo)
- Cancel any time. Email us; it takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- No cancellation fee, no minimum term, no auto-renewal trap.
- We don't pro-rate a partial month — but if you cancel within 7 days of a renewal you didn't intend, tell us and we'll refund it.
Hunts — the free check
The free check costs nothing. It's a real piece of work, not a sales call, and there's nothing to refund.
Hunts — full engagements (scoped per engagement)
- Our stake: run a full hunt and if we can't find a way through — within the scope and rules of engagement agreed up front — you don't pay. If we can't get in, you didn't need us.
- Before work begins: cancel for a full refund of anything paid.
- Cancelled mid-engagement: you pay for work completed to that point and we hand over everything produced so far. We'll always show the accounting.
- Scope disputes: if we didn't cover something the signed scope said we would, we complete it at no charge or refund that portion.
- Engagement terms may vary these by written agreement — where they differ, the signed engagement document governs.
How to ask
Email hello@spectralhorizon.com or call 541-621-7444 with what you bought and what went wrong. You don't need a reason for the cancel-before-work cases. We respond within 2 business days and issue approved refunds within 10 business days, back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please email us first — we'd genuinely rather fix it or refund it than have a dispute decided by a third party who knows neither of us. We've never refused a fair refund, and we don't intend to start.
